Product Description
A reaction vessel, also known as a reaction tank or pressure vessel, is a closed container used to achieve heating, evaporation, cooling, and mixing functions. It can complete multiphase reactions such as gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, gas-liquid solid, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, pharmaceutical, food, coating, biomedical and other fields, and is commonly used in processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, polymerization, etc.
Classification and Materials
The reaction kettle is heated/cooled according to the heating/cooling method
It can be divided into types such as electric heating, hot water heating, and thermal oil circulation heating;
According to the material of the kettle body
It can be divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, enamel glass, steel lining, etc; According to work pressure, it can be divided into atmospheric pressure, positive pressure, and negative pressure reaction vessels;
According to the mixing form
It can be divided into blade type, anchor blade type, frame type, etc. Common materials include carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel based alloys, and composite materials to adapt to different corrosive or high-temperature environments.
