Feature Description
This product is a vertical fixed vacuum powder insulated low-temperature storage tank, mainly composed of the following four parts composition.
(1) Tank body
The tank body consists of an inner container, an outer shell, and an insulation layer. The tank body is a double-layer cylindrical structure, and the inner container and its piping are made of austenitic stainless steel material the shell is made of Q245R material, and the interlayer formed by the outer shell and inner container is filled with pearl sand and vacuumed.
(2) Operating system
The operating system is located on the side of the tank head. The operating system is equipped with pressure gauges, differential pressure (liquid level) gauges, and various valves for observing the pressure and liquid level inside the tank operation functions such as liquid supply.
(3) Turbocharger and pressure regulating device
The pressurization and pressure regulation of the storage tank are uniformly guaranteed by the external system, and the user is responsible for it.
(4) Safety device
Both the inner container and outer shell of the storage tank are equipped with safety relief devices, and the inner container has a safety valve; The shell has a release device. (Emergency shut-off valve for equipment, to be operated by the user) Reason is an inseparable part of this system.
Structural characteristics
(1) Compact structure and small footprint.
(2) The insulation material (pearlite sand) of the storage tank has been strictly treated to give the tank a longer vacuum life. At the same time, the storage tank is equipped with vacuum gauges, which require When needed, connect the thermocouple vacuum gauge to measure the vacuum degree of the interlayer.
