Product Description
Feature Description
The liquid ammonia storage tank is a horizontal single-layer tank designed to store liquid ammonia. It is cylindrical in shape and consists of a cylinder body, a head, and a saddle. The main material used is Q345R. Standard nozzles on the tank include liquid ammonia inlet, manhole, safety valve port, pressure gauge connection, vent port, gaseous ammonia outlet, blowdown port, liquid ammonia outlet, liquid level gauge connection, and thermometer connection. The tank body is painted yellow as a color code. The medium has moderate hazard and strong permeability. The medium loading capacity is 45 cubic meters, with 10% of gas phase space reserved. The working pressure is 1.93 MPa, the design pressure is 2.16 MPa, and the maximum allowable working pressure is 2.22 MPa. The design temperature ranges from -20 to 54°C.
